Consider clearing access along pipes to allow for maintenance. During routine pond inspections, it was difficult to locate inlet and outlet pipes into basin.

I like this idea a lot. Wondering what we would do with the space that currently has the playground/tennis court, then? Would it become passive parkland where there's just a walking trail?
