Add context information about PoP as one of several key community events throughout the year.
Add simple timeline:
Polar Fest February. Spring Event/ Kids to Park Day (May). PoP 1, Juneteenth, Pride (June). PoP2 and International Festival in July. PoP3 + Art & All that Jazz (August). Burnsville Festival and Fire Muster (September). Winter Lighting Ceremony (November).
