notation in the plans should also translate to layer naming and structure in CAD? should we have a DD labels and a CD labels? differing audiences....

ts-i'd like us to put more structure to agendas on design reviews, outlining what we are trying to answer during these processes as a pre-checklist that can guide the discussion. Meeting schedules and deliverable deadlines should help guide what's included

with a construction manager (aka KA) good to organize our items by spec section as that is how they bid it out.
ab - nice chart - we have been using the bid form to track items that need specs, details, coordination , etc.
ab- we still need to agree on hkgi standard pen style - use this as discussion point?
ab - small project simplification note is good
ab- sketch details by lead designer for unique project features good to get younger staff started on cad detail mock ups
ts - i think this is another core SD process that sometimes isn't leveraged in our process to guide discussion and client/designer decision-making.
ts - ideally I see this as a one-page 'kick-off' worksheet we can use internally and with clients to orient project team to process and outcomes for this and other phases. High-level summary of steps and intent.
ts-HKGi could do a better jub of exploring AND directing clients to make selections of alternates or design options during this phase...a process that should be conducted in tandem with cost impacts
