I realize these are in order by percentage, but to me it was confusing that it's not in order by income category. I don't think it shows the variation as well.

Should this incorporate more of the potential regional trail corridors from the County Transportation Plan (i.e. County Road 8 from St. Cloud to the included segment: Hwy 10 - County Road 11 - past Bridgeview. The again adding from the included segment just mentioned County Road 14 to County Road 30 where it would connect to the MRT?

Maybe remove this? It is a pretty small wetland. In the master plan update - it would be staff's preference to remove this.

Suggestion
Through internal discussions with staff - we decided it makes more sense for this location to keep it non-motorized. With a motorized launch upstream on HWY 24 - with lots of parking, it isn't a big need. It would also mean increasing parking near the river, which has environmental impacts.

Suggestion
From Wright County the MRT is along 49 to 42. 42 north across river into Sherburne County. MRT crosses Hwy 10 at Main Street in Elk River and Continues on County Road 12, into Nowthen, where 12 changes to 22.
