St. Charles Comprehensive Plan - DRAFT

Provide feedback on the City's draft Comprehensive Plan.

The City of St. Charles is in the process of updating its Comprehensive Plan and we want to hear your feedback. In February of 2025, a community survey gathered input on your vision for St. Charles. Based on that input, guidance from City Council and Planning Commission, and feedback from City staff, a draft Comprehensive Plan has been created. The draft is now available for public comment. Please see the draft below and provide your thoughts and feedback on the draft by adding comments to the pdf.

What is a Comprehensive Plan?
The Comprehensive Plan is a guiding document that provides a framework for local decision making and informs the direction of St. Charles' future. The Plan helps guide investment, growth, development, and redevelopment throughout St. Charles, offering a broad vision for the community and specific policies, goals, and strategies for how to achieve that vision.

If you have any questions, would prefer a paper copy of the draft, or are interested in further information about the comprehensive planning process, please contact Andrew Langholz, City Administrator at (507) 932-3020 or via email: alangholz@stcharlesmn.org.
