Is there room for us to shift the courts slightly to the west so as not to go onto the stormwater area?
Could we put a plaza here? It would be more accessible to both the courts and playgrounds here.
Could be another option for the plaza.
I agree with Craig. At our neighborhood park meeting, many folks said they wanted the court and the playground to be connected. If we could pave a trail between the two, maybe we could eliminate one of the long trails from the road?
Suggestion
Field needs to be moved. Currently too close to the road to have kids playing there.
Question
Can we rework work the entrance and exit to this park. There is a lot of bus traffic that creates a maintenance mess.
Suggestion
Can we remove this path? Would just mowed grass work?
Question
Should we continue the path to the existing shade shelter?
Suggestion
Can we eliminate the baseball field? The field sits at the bottom of a large hill, which leads to a lot of standing water. First base player bench is eroding away from the pond behind the field and foul baseballs go directly into the pond. If we can't remove the field, maybe we can move it forward 30 feet.
Suggestion
Can we put the basketball court back where it was? We would not need an additional path, and it would leave a nice open green space for play.
Question
Can the plaza be reduced by half
Add storm water improvements to Pennock
Do we have any information on Duchess? Should it be listed?
No pickleball at Cedar Isles
What parking improvements do we have at Cobblestone?
in reply to Samantha's comment
On the slope specifically, possibly extending west to the trail. Rectangle fields on east to remain.
Do we have to create ADA access to turf field as well as the diamond?
Need to add access to road?
in reply to Eric's comment
Possible in house project
Any other option for playground location?
Do we have an estimated cost for new trail?
Steep slope in 3rd base line. Both players benches currently on 1st base side.
Do we need to shift entire field east?
Need maintenance gate for access to maintain court lighting
Move to south side of play ground in disturbed area?
Existing pollinator habitat west of the playground. Do not disturb if possible
Needs to be 8' for maintenance vehicles
Better placement for plaza if it is already disturbed and needs to be restored?
Why concrete and not bituminous?
What would be included on this plaza? Maybe reduce size for a portable toilet and remove the remainder.
Plaza area here?
Not a fan of this option
Do we need this segment?
Is there a better spot for the plaza? The building blocks the view of half the playground.
Is there an option to mill the existing trail to the fork and replace with the loose millings? Remove trails past the fork.
We do not need to make a trail to the siren. Mowed grass is ok
in reply to Eric's comment
Could we incorporate this into the playground plaza area?
We have drainage issues throughout the entire park. Engineering is aware of problems between the houses and trail on the east side. Need to add drain tile? Add sleeves under trail for future work?
Volleyball court holds water after heavy rain.
If the bridge is not ADA, do we need to make this portion ADA?
I think this needs to be all new construction
in reply to Eric's comment
Agreed. Look at max base lengths and set baseline fencing off that. Dain has been gathering that information.
Do we have a rough cost estimate for this trail?
Make any sense to move towards Pennock?
Which is more cost effective....culvert or trail alignment
Remove backstop
need to talk to the school district on courts
We will be replacing the lighting for the court and may add lighting to the other courts...consider conduit
Building stays
May be an issue with rectangular sports
does it make sense to move the playground closer to the trail to reduce the "extra" trail
