Richmond Comprehensive Plan - Draft #1

Following our meeting on August 18, 2025, where we reviewed the first draft of the plan at a high level, including its goals, policies, and actions. This is your opportunity to provide additional comments on the draft plan for refinement. Your comments from the August 18th meeting, along with any additional feedback, will be incorporated into an updated version of the plan for the Planning Commission’s review in September.

While there are some gaps for maps, graphics, tables, and other visual elements that still need to be updated or inserted, the focus of this review is on the narrative content. Please provide any edits to the narrative ensuring alignment with staff’s perspective and intent. Please submit all comments by August 29 to ensure they are included in the next draft.
