Rosemount Zoning & Subdivision Code

This website provided an opportunity for members of the public to review and comment on the proposed updated code prior to the public hearing at the June 4th City Council meeting. The code has now been adopted and is in the process of being added to the American Legal platform and will be available on the City Code section of the Rosemontmn.gov website. The updated code is intended to bring the code into alignment with the 2040 Comprehensive Plan updates (2018) and to make the code more modern, consistent, and user-friendly. The following overview provides tips on how to navigate the document:

• A drop down menu shows the table of contents you can use to navigate to specific locations within the document.
