Rosemount Zoning & Subdivision Code - Revised Draft

This website provides an opportunity for members of the Planning Commission and City Council to review and comment on the proposed updated code prior to the public hearing at the March 18th Planning Commission meeting. Please do not share the link and password with others. This version of the updated code shows the revisions that were made to the document based on the Planning Commission’s input at the February 26th work session. The following overview provides tips on how to navigate the document: 

• Click anywhere within the document to add a comment. 

• Click on the yellow bubbles to view comments left by others. 

• A drop down menu shows the table of contents you can use to navigate to specific locations within the document.
