Chestnut has a light show annually- snowflakes may get lost. Could we relocate those while the light show runs? Light show is costly, and may not always be continued. Cub funds it now, but it may not be in perpetuity.

actually 18" (to match width of banners). Gertens priced them at $170 for the city of St. Paul last year. K2 had them at $180.
