Thompson County Park Phase II Programming: Pricing & Project Prioritization

After vetting the projects and their various components with the Core Team in December, they were priced by two independent cost estimators (except for the Land Bridge, Noise Mitigation, and Daylighted Stream components, which were priced by our engineering consultants, Kaskaskia and EOR). The Draft Programming Package below reflects the reconciled cost estimates for each project. Please review and weigh in on priority preferences by Friday the 26th. The selected projects will move forward to Schematic Design and materials will be prepared to aid in seeking additional funds for implementation.

Suggestion
Do we want to specify that this building will have sewer/water capabilities and will be tempered? Want to make sure that the cost shown in the estimate has some context - the building shown as precedent looks simple (no heat, water, sewer)
